I want to say to all of you that I am so honored to be here to speak before this Committee.

The United States faces a new strategic reality in Europe. The first step in addressing it is to recognize the scope, scale, and seriousness of the challenges Russia presents to our national security and to the international order.

Major General Robinson, what more is needed from Congress, in terms of authorities or otherwise?

I am convinced the only successful path to preserving the rules-based order in the Indo-Pacific--and the peace and prosperity it has generated--is to renew America's leadership in the region in full.
