It appears to me that the cancellation of the United States Air Force's (USAF) joint participation in the Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) program in favor of the USAF's Wind Corrected Munitions Dispenser Extended Range (WCMD-ER) is totally counter to the direction Secretary Rumsfeld is setting for the department.
