I think those benefits are many. We have heard many of them talked about here tonight, particularly in the economic area. I thought I would just emphasize one that perhaps has not yet been talked about. That is what I believe is the importance of this vote, this decision to grant PNTR to China as it relates to what I would call a national security issue for the United States. It is an important national security issue. In fact, I would argue that this may be the most important national security issue that any of us in this Congress will face in these 2 years, or perhaps in the last decade.
