I rise today to make this special order as the vice chairman of the page board, a former page myself. I do so with making my remarks on behalf of myself and the gentleman from Missouri [Mr. Emerson], whose therapy for his illness has made it difficult for him to be in the Chamber at this hour, but asked that I especially say to the young people that he joins me in my remarks and joins in wishing them all the very best.
