Reclaiming my time, Madam Speaker, I would just point out these are cuts, but we are not cutting into some of the basic programs here. We are talking about cuts that can be made without cutting into the fundamental social service programs we all recognize need to be protected. We need to make these cuts for our children and our grandchildren's future.
