I think this country owes him a tremendous debt of gratitude. I am very grateful to him. It is a great opportunity and a privilege to work with the gentleman on this issue. Frankly, I look forward and I am confident that we will have victory next week on this issue, because I believe the American people want to see us have this permanent normal trade relations with China.
