I offer an amendment as a designee of the gentleman from Arizona (Mr. Flake). The CHAIRMAN. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Amendment No. 10 offered by Mr. Kolbe: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to enforce Determination ED-OIG/A05-D0008 of the Department of Education. The CHAIRMAN. Pursuant to the order of the House of June 23, 2005, the gentleman from Arizona (Mr. Kolbe) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
