I think the gentleman has heard the very legitimate concerns that have been expressed about the possibility of antidumping. The gentleman has also heard the concerns on this side about the possible violations of law that may be involved here on the possible changes to our law. I am just wondering if the gentleman can assure me that if this issue gets into the conference that this will be considered very carefully in the context of what might be done by the Senate and with the debate that has taken place here today.
