I yield myself the last 30 seconds that I have to state once again to the gentleman from Wisconsin that is not true. That is not what we are cutting. We are not cutting medical supplies in the Veterans' Administration. That is not what is being cut. These numbers we are cutting in overhead are numbers that are given to us that were scored by the Congressional Budget Office.
