I appreciate the assistance that the minority has given in facilitating our consideration of the appropriation bills and the motions to instruct conferees and to get us moving to conference as quick as possible, but I do not think that is the question that we have here. The motion was not made in a timely fashion, it is one that I object to, and it is not one, is not our position, does not represent our position.
