The National Trust has, indeed, even before our subcommittee's action, had started work on a 5-year plan for eliminating Federal funding, and what we are doing is insisting we are going to speed it up slightly, and that it will be done in the course of 2 years. I think that is a rather considerable change, and I think it is an orderly way to eliminate the Federal funding for the National Trust.
