I thank the gentleman, and I know that we have made efforts in the past to make sure that these are all competitively bid. The reason I am bringing this amendment is that the Army stated in this case that this contract was not competitively bid. We just want to make sure, and that's why I appreciate the gentleman accepting the amendment.
