Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act for Members' Representational Allowances, the salaries and expenses of House Leadership Offices, or the salaries and expenses of Committee Employees may be used to purchase paid advertisements on any Internet site other than an official site of the Member, leadership office, or committee involved. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 679, the gentleman from Arizona (Mr. Flake) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Arizona.
