I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. 211. None of the funds made available in this Act for Members' representational allowances or for the expenses of committees and leadership offices of the House of Representatives may be used to purchase advertisements that hyperlink to any website maintained by funds provided under a Members' representational allowance, funds provided for salaries and expenses of committees of the House, or funds provided for salaries and expenses of leadership offices of the House. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 359, the gentleman from Arizona (Mr. Flake) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Arizona.
