I thank the gentleman. This is good for everyone and it means real jobs. The notion that these jobs are not real, that this bill does not create jobs is simply not the case. It doesn't square with the facts. I urge adoption of this rule so we can debate this bill.

We can't vote for Trump because four more years of him, we won't have a Republican Party that's op-ed. It's four years too late. The Republican Party has to pay for this along with Trump.
