This is kind of overwhelming, but I will yield next to one of my friends and one of the ladies that sits next to me in our women's row over here, my friend and colleague from Illinois (Mrs. Miller).

I don't think there should be government mandates at all. I don't think they should be suggested because people don't trust the government.
