The Clerk read as follows: Mrs. Lesko moves to recommit the bill H.R. 3884 to the Committee on the Judiciary with instructions to report the same back to the House forthwith with the following amendment: Add, at the end of section 3, the following: (h) Rule of Construction.--Notwithstanding the provisions of this Act and the amendments made by this Act, an employer may test an employee or applicant for cannabis use to ensure workplace and public safety.
