Mr. Chairman, just because I want to help out-- because I know this is heresy around here. Truly one of my favorite Members to work with, even though we are on different sides of the aisle, he may want to retract the words ``Social Security,'' which he just said, because he knows Social Security cannot be allowed in any of this package.
