I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to enforce part 429 or 430 of title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, with respect to showerheads (as that term is defined in section 430.2 of such title). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to the order of the House of today, the gentleman from Arizona (Mr. Schweikert) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Arizona.
