I thank Representative Lesko. I am so used to calling her Debbie, having known each other for so long. What is also amusing here is, the next person I'm going to introduce, I have actually known most of my life, which is sort of terrifying. The three of us are from Arizona. I think we actually have a wonderful story to talk about what is happening in the Southwest, but particularly our State. The fact of the matter is, with the tax reform, some of the regulatory changes, some of the wonderful things in the economy, Arizona is blessed. Right now, our State is doing very well. Madam Speaker, I yield to the gentleman from Arizona (Mr. Biggs) to tell us a bit about what is happening in the Southeast Valley.
