USE OF FAIR VALUE ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES. The Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 (12 U.S.C. 635 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``SEC. 16. USE OF FAIR VALUE ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES. ``The Bank shall prepare the financial statements of the Bank in accordance with fair value accounting principles.''. The Acting CHAIR.
