I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 1032, after line 4, insert the following: SEC. _____. USE OF FAIR VALUE ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES. The Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 (12 U.S.C. 635 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``SEC. 16. USE OF FAIR VALUE ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES. ``The Bank shall prepare the financial statements of the Bank in accordance with fair value accounting principles.''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 512, the gentleman from Arizona (Mr. Schweikert) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Arizona.
