Thank you to my friend from Kentucky. All right, for my friends on the left, you are going to support this unconstitutional expansion of power. When there is a Republican President, are you going to sit there and continue to applaud, saying, ``Yes, we did not support the separation of powers when we had the chance'' and look the other way? One of my heartbreaks here is I believe there were creative things we could have done, but we are completely dearth of the willingness to try. Mr. Speaker, this is about trying to defend the U.S. Constitution that we all raised our hands to uphold, and yet are we going to allow a vote to go forward to walk away from that fight? This should break everyone's heart in this body.
