I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR (Mr. Curbelo of Florida). The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: Add at the end of the bill (before the short title), the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act shall be used to transfer cell site simulators, or IMSI Catcher, or similar cell phone tower mimicking technology to state and local law enforcement that haven't adopted procedures for the use of such technology that protects the constitutional rights of citizens.
