Mr. Speaker, I wish we were hearing not deflective statements but the actual truth here. Here is the way it works. There is nothing in this bill that says you don't count everybody. You do count everybody. The thing they really don't want us to know is how many illegal aliens are in the country, so we are going to ask a citizenship question, which has been asked in 22 of 25 Censuses. They don't want that. Mr. Speaker, I yield 2 minutes to the gentleman from Tennessee (Mr. Burchett).
