They will go there, and they will spend a few hours, maybe a day or two before they are distributed. What happens? When I was there, I thought, oh, man, we missed the flood because we got there a little late in the morning. I went and talked to these people. I said: Where are you from? Guinea, Burkina Faso, Senegal, India, Pakistan, a few from Guatemala. Where are you going? You know what they do? They look around, they find a paper, it is a laminated card.…”
