Ten years ago, I was told we had a 10-year budget plan, so we ought to be up to snuff. We ought to be balanced by now, because it is 10 years since that 10-year budget plan. I think it was Mr. Yoho who said that. Madam Speaker, I yield back to Mr. Yoho.”
