The text of the amendment is as follows: Strike page 382, line 8, and all that follows through page 386, line 19, and insert the following: SEC. 6402. REPEAL OF DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE BIOENERGY SUBSIDY PROGRAMS AND OTHER RELATED SUBSIDY PROGRAMS. Title IX of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (7 U.S.C. 8101 et seq.) is hereby repealed. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 900, the gentleman from Arizona (Mr. Biggs) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Arizona.
