Jose Fabricio Veizaga- Vargas, who is a Bolivian, was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol on April 24, 2023. Now, remember this: On April 24, 2023, after he unlawfully entered the U.S. near El Paso, Texas, Veizaga was served with a notice to appear before a DOJ immigration judge, who released him on his own recognizance on April 25, 2023. Following his arrest by Fairfax County Police on May 3, ERO Washington lodged an immigration detainer against Veizaga.…”
