The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. ___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be made available to implement, administer, or otherwise carry out the activities and policies described in the rule entitled, ``Public Charge Ground of Inadmissibility'', published by the Secretary of Homeland Security on September 9, 2022.
