Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the reading of the amendment be dispensed with. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection? Without objection, it is so ordered. The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To require a certification that Iran's leaders have publically accepted Israel's right to exist as a Jewish state) On page 3, line 20, of the amendment, strike ``purpose.'' and insert the following: ``purpose; and ``(iii) the President determines Iran's leaders have publically accepted Israel's right to exist as a Jewish state.
