To imply that you have to take all of what Obamacare delivers to get to address preexisting conditions or you get none of that addressed, that is just not true.

I believe in healthcare reform, and I believe we need healthcare reform, and what I am particularly concerned about is reform of Medicare that my mother relies on and Medicaid.
