Mr. Chairman, how would you call that anything but intimidation? You are the heavy hand of government standing in a retailer's office basically intimidating them to the point where they stop selling a product that is on their shelves. How do you justify that?

I think a lot of us up here would agree that the federal bureaucracy has become bloated, but I think we need to be a little bit more precise in downsizing a department with a mission as critical.
