I thank my friend from South Carolina for yielding. Look, I am just going to be really brief. What we don't need is a disruption of innovation. That is what we don't need. What we do need in the financial industry are clear rules of the road, not confusing compliance standards within the analytics space. Mr. Chair, I am pleased to support the gentleman from South Carolina's amendment.
