That is why we are so adamantly opposed to this bill, because we believe first and foremost, the Federal Government must hit the 23 percent level that it set for small business set-asides before it can consider any other type of category of business.

FEMA needs to get moving. FEMA needs to rewrite their policy that will allow some of the 12,000 people they evicted this week from hotel rooms to be able to receive one of these manufactured homes.
FEMA should have never purchased these homes. It's a failed policy. It's a failed plan. And it's just -- it's just been a total disaster.
