It's unfortunate, but the current map, you know, it's a map that Congress adopted, a Nielsen map, that's from the 1950s.

Is this something that should be shared more widely between private business, universities, and the Federal Government?

And, back to your budget, and looking at the cost to you of implementing this and rolling this out...
