One of the concerns there would be by creating a new office are you creating another layer of bureaucracy or another little section of the maze there, or are you really cutting through some of that and streamlining your operations?
Pryor questions if the new office will add bureaucracy or improve efficiency.

Thank you again for your leadership and for the FDA and all the things FDA does.
I see a proposal to do a, I guess I would say, a realignment of the Farm Service Agency (FSA) offices in which it would probably result in quite a number of closures.
I think it has taken too long to move the deeming rule forward and we are pushing very hard to get it out as a proposed rule.
