I think that there is a lot of concern with the general public--and I know I am speaking for Arkansas here--that people around the country feel like Wall Street has contributed, in fact, has largely caused--I am not talking about one individual or one company, but Wall Street has contributed to and caused a lot of the economic crisis that we have been going through.
