Legislation introduced by Senators Mark Pryor (D-AR) and John Boozman (R-AR), the Safe Roads Act of 2011, S.754, would require the Secretary to establish a national clearinghouse for records relating to alcohol and controlled substances testing of commercial motor vehicle operators within two years of the date of enactment.
