I have some concerns there about personnel and what the folks in Fort Smith and the 188th will be doing in the interim.
I think it has taken too long to move the deeming rule forward and we are pushing very hard to get it out as a proposed ...
With current resources, we will still be able to issue the FSMA rules but we won't be able to effectively implement them...
We need the moneys that we have requested in order to fully implement and realize the potential of this program.
