I will be honest with you that I think it has taken too long to move the deeming rule forward
With current resources, we will still be able to issue the FSMA rules but we won't be able to effectively implement them...
My understanding is there's a new therapy that's in the pipeline that shows some promise.
Unfortunately, I do not think our regulatory environment does that.
