Well, thank you for that.
I think it is time for us to take a look at how we restructure and modernize the system.
It's unfortunate, but the current map, you know, it's a map that Congress adopted, a Nielsen map, that's from the 1950s.
I think a lot of people have that concern just about resources and how we're doing here.
