My impression is that the exchange part of healthcare reform is very important because it could--at least in theory--make health insurance much more available to many more people and hopefully you would get a better value for the dollars you spend on healthcare.
Pryor emphasizes the importance of healthcare exchanges for improving insurance access and value.
