I ask unanimous consent that the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs be discharged from further consideration of H.R. 5062 and the Senate proceed to its consideration. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk will report the bill by title. The legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (H.R. 5062) to amend the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 to specify that privilege and confidentiality are maintained when information is shared by certain nondepository covered persons with Federal and State financial regulators, and for other purposes. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
