With current resources, we will still be able to issue the FSMA rules but we won't be able to effectively implement them...
we need to find ways and I think one of Congress' responsibilities should be to really find ways to make this work a lot...
And, back to your budget, and looking at the cost to you of implementing this and rolling this out...
