S. 684 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Mni Wiconi Project Act Amendments of 2013''. SEC. 2. OTHER AGENCY ASSISTANCE. The Mni Wiconi Project Act of 1988 (Public Law 100-516; 102 Stat. 2566; 108 Stat. 4543) is amended by inserting after section 3B the following: ``SEC. 3C.
