I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of S. 3624 introduced earlier today. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title. The legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 3624) to amend section 31311 of title 49, United States Code, to permit States to issue commercial driver's licenses to members of the Armed Forces whose duty station is located in the State. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
