I think that on this, and maybe some of these other facilities that we've talked about today, they focus on long-term basic research that actually helps farming, helps agriculture, and helps that be a core strength in the U.S. economy.

I see a proposal to do a, I guess I would say, a realignment of the Farm Service Agency (FSA) offices in which it would probably result in quite a number of closures.
Making sure the Patent and Trademark Office is strong and that patents are high quality, and that they are being issued in a timely and appropriate manner is a real concern to me.
