What is not happening, which is something we are trying to address, both through the CPSE as well as individual work, is those football organizations at the youth level that aren't subject to state control or NCAA control, where very little is known about the nature of the population of those helmets.

It's unfortunate, but the current map, you know, it's a map that Congress adopted, a Nielsen map, that's from the 1950s.
I believe it must maintain a focus on these projects that ensure weather forecasters have the data and information they need to protect life and property.
Is this something that should be shared more widely between private business, universities, and the Federal Government?
I am concerned that the Department has not prioritized these costly projects yet based on the value of services they provide to the core mission of the agency.
