I ask unanimous consent the Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee be discharged from further consideration of H.R. 3548, and the Senate proceed to its consideration. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk will report the bill by title. The assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (H.R. 3548) to amend title XII of the Public Health Service Act to expand the definition of trauma to include thermal, electrical, chemical, radioactive, and other extrinsic agents. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
