Knowing what you know now, in terms of the state of technology, but also what FTC has to deal with, with the statute, and looking at the statute, would you recommend that the Senate revisit some of those definitions in the underlying law right now?

Part of my view is, give them their money back, then, with interest, if you are going to take it away from them after they earned it.
I believe it must maintain a focus on these projects that ensure weather forecasters have the data and information they need to protect life and property.
